Summary

CVE-2024-10717 is a vulnerability affecting the Styler for Ninja Forms plugin for WordPress. The issue lies in the lack of capability checks on the deactivate_license function, which is present in all versions up to 3.3.4. This weakness enables authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access or higher to modify arbitrary option values on the WordPress site. By deleting certain options, attackers can cause a denial of service, disrupting legitimate user access. Furthermore, this vulnerability permits the addition of new options with empty values.
