Summary
CVE-2024-10669 is a newlydiscovered vulnerability in the Countdown Timer block plugin for WordPress. This issue allows authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to extract information from password-protected, private, or draft posts via the [ctb] shortcode. The plugin fails to impose adequate restrictions on which posts can be included, leading to potential data exposure. Versions up to and including 1.2.4 are affected.
