CVE-2024-10585

Summary

CVE-2024-10585 is a new vulnerability affecting the InfiniteWP Client plugin for WordPress. This issue allows unauthenticated attackers to perform path traversal attacks by exploiting the 'historyID' parameter in the ~/debug-chart/index.php file. As a result, attackers can read .txt files located outside of the intended directory, potentially gaining unauthorized access to sensitive information. The vulnerability impacts all versions of the plugin up to and including 1.13.0. WordPress users are strongly advised to update their plugin as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
