Summary
CVE-2023-46586 is a vulnerability affecting weborf versions 0.17, 0.18, 0.19, and 0.20 (prior to 1.0). The issue lies in the misuse of the strncpy function in the cgi.c file, resulting in a failure to properly terminate the path for CGI scripts with a null byte ('\0').
