Summary
CVE-2023-45151 is a vulnerability affecting the Nextcloud server, an open-source home cloud platform. The issue lies in the storage of OAuth2 tokens in plaintext, enabling unauthorized users who gain access to the server to potentially elevate their privileges. The vulnerability has been patched, and users are advised to upgrade their Nextcloud Servers to versions 25.0.8, 26.0.3, or 27.0.1. No known workarounds exist for this security weakness.
