Summary
CVE-2023-4360 is a medium severity vulnerability affecting Google Chrome versions prior to 116.0.5845.96. An attacker can exploit this inappropriate implementation in the Color feature to obfuscate security UI on a user's browser. By using a specially crafted HTML page, a remote attacker can take advantage of this issue to hide or alter security-related elements, potentially leading to increased risk of phishing or other attacks. Users are advised to update their Google Chrome browser to the latest version to mitigate this issue.
