Summary
CVE-2023-34321 is a vulnerability affecting Arm's cache cleaning helpers. These helpers are used to ensure that writes reach memory before being handed over to a guest, but they contain arithmetic flaws that can result in cache cleaning and invalidation being skipped. Consequently, there is no assurance that all writes have reached memory. This issue could potentially lead to data corruption or unintended guest memory access.
