Summary
CVE-2023-33722 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting EDIMAX BR-6288ACL v1.12 routers. An authenticated remote code execution (RCE) issue was identified, allowing attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected devices by exploiting the pppUserName parameter. Successful exploitation could lead to unauthorized access, data theft, or even complete system takeover.
