Summary
CVE-2023-32006 is a vulnerability in Node.js that allows the use of `module.constructor.createRequire()` to bypass the policy mechanism and require modules outside the defined scope in the policy.json file. This issue affects all users utilizing the experimental policy feature in Node.js 16.x, 18.x, and 20.x release lines. Notably, at the time this vulnerability was disclosed, the policy feature was experimental in Node.js.
