Summary
CVE-2023-30699 is a critical out-of-bounds write vulnerability that affects the parser_hvcC function in the libsimba library before the SMR Aug-2023 Release 1. This issue permits remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by writing past the boundaries of a buffer during parsing operations.
