Summary
CVE-2023-30253 is a newly discovered vulnerability in Dolibarr, an open-source ERP and e-commerce solution. This issue grants remote code execution privileges to authenticated users due to an uppercase manipulation flaw. Instead of the expected lowercase PHP tag - <?php - attackers can exploit the vulnerability by using the uppercase version - <?PHP. This defect can lead to serious security breaches and unauthorized system access. Dolibarr users are advised to upgrade to the latest version (17.0.1) as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
