Summary
CVE-2023-29404 is a vulnerability affecting the go command in certain environments. When using cgo, this command may unintentionally execute arbitrary code during build time. This risk arises when running "go get" on a malicious module or using any other command that builds untrusted code. The issue stemms from incorrectly regarded optional flags in linker commands specified via "#cgo LDFLAGS." This concern pertains to the usage of both gc and gccgo compilers.
