Summary
CVE-2023-27126 refers to a vulnerability in the TP-Link TAPO C200 camera V3 (EU) running on firmware version 1.1.22 Build 220725. This issue enables an attacker with access to the camera to extract and reuse the same AES Key-IV pair across all cameras. As a result, the attacker can decrypt sensitive data, including the Wi-Fi password and TP-LINK account credentials, belonging to different users. This vulnerability poses a significant risk as an attacker can gain unauthorized access to user networks and accounts with just physical access to a single compromised camera.
