Summary

CVE-2023-26131 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting all versions of the packages github.com/xyproto/algernon/engine and github.com/xyproto/algernon/themes. The issue arises due to insufficient user input sanitization in the themes.NoPage(filename, theme) function. This vulnerability can be exploited when a file or resource is not found, allowing an attacker to inject malicious scripts into a victim's web browser and potentially steal sensitive information or take control of their session.
