Summary
CVE-2020-1823 denotes a series of out-of-bounds (OOB) read vulnerabilities discovered in the Common Open Policy Service (COPS) protocol implementation of certain Huawei products. The decoding function, which processes incoming data packets, is the root cause of these OOB reads. An attacker exploiting these vulnerabilities could potentially disrupt service on the affected device. This issue consists of seven identified vulnerabilities, each assigned a unique Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) ID: CVE-2020-1818, CVE-2020-1819, CVE-2020-1820, CVE-2020-1821, CVE-2020-1822, CVE-2020-1823, and CVE-2020-1824.
