Summary
CVE-2016-10229 is a vulnerability affecting the Linux kernel version prior to 4.5. It permits remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by manipulating UDP traffic. The issue occurs during the second checksum calculation process when the MSG_PEEK flag is used with the recv system call, leading to an unsafe condition.
