Summary
CVE-2014-4123 is a privileges escalation vulnerability in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 to 11. Maliciously crafted websites can exploit this issue, allowing attackers to elevate their privileges, gaining unauthorized access to sensitive information or making system modifications. This vulnerability was exploited in the wild in October 2014 and is distinct from CVE-2014-4124.
