Summary
CVE-2014-100005 is a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the D-Link DIR-600 router with firmware versions prior to 2.17b02. This issue allows remote attackers to hijack administrator authentication and execute malicious actions, including creating new administrator accounts, enabling remote management, adjusting configuration settings, and sending ping requests. Attackers can exploit these vulnerabilities by tricking administrators into clicking on a maliciously crafted link, leading to unauthorized modifications to the router's configurations.
