Summary
CVE-2000-0564 is a vulnerability affecting the guestbook CGI program in ICQ Web Front service for ICQ 2000a, 99b, and other versions. This issue permits remote attackers to trigger a denial of service condition by using a URL with an excessively long name parameter. This can result in the server becoming unresponsive, causing a disruption of service for legitimate users.
