Summary

CVE-2000-0456 is a vulnerability affecting NetBSD 1.4.2 and earlier versions. This issue enables local users to trigger a denial of service condition by repeatedly executing specific system calls within the kernel. These system calls do not return the CPU to the operating system, causing the system to become unresponsive and unavailable, leading to a significant disruption in system functionality.
