Summary

CVE-2000-0329 is a vulnerability affecting Microsoft ActiveX control. An attacker can exploit this issue by sending an HTML mail with a malicious cabinet file attached and an embedded script. Upon opening the attachment, the script executes the cabinet file, potentially allowing the attacker to run arbitrary code on the victim's system. This issue, also known as the "Active Setup Control" vulnerability, poses a serious threat as it can lead to system compromise.
