Summary

CVE-2000-0327 is a vulnerability affecting Microsoft Virtual Machines. An attacker can exploit this issue by delivering a specially crafted applet, which contains an illegal cast operation. This allows the attacker to escape the Java sandbox, bypassing security restrictions, and execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system. This vulnerability, also known as the "Virtual Machine Verifier" issue, poses a significant risk to systems running Microsoft Virtual Machines with Java support.
