Summary
CVE-2000-0299 is a buffer overflow vulnerability affecting the WebObjects.exe component in WebObjects Developer 4.5. By sending an HTTP request with unusually long headers, remote attackers can trigger this issue, leading to a denial-of-service condition. The buffer overflow occurs when the software fails to properly manage input from the maliciously crafted headers, resulting in memory corruption.
