Summary
CVE-2000-0268 is a vulnerability affecting Cisco IOS 11.x and 12.x that allows remote denial of service attacks. An attacker can cause a system reboot by sending the ENVIRON option to the Telnet daemon prior to it being ready to accept it. This issue can lead to a disruptive impact on network availability.
