CVE-2000-0213 is a vulnerability affecting the Sambar server. This issue arises due to the presence of two batch files, ECHO.BAT and HELLO.BAT, in the CGI directory. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by injecting shell metacharacters into the files, enabling remote command execution.
