Summary
CVE-2000-0211 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting the Windows Media Server. An attacker can cause the server to become unresponsive by sending a sequence of client handshake packets in an improper order during the initial connection process. This issue, also known as the "Misordered Windows Media Services Handshake" vulnerability, can result in the server becoming unavailable to legitimate users.
