Summary
CVE-2000-0183 is a buffer overflow vulnerability affecting ircII 4.4 IRC (Internet Relay Chat) client. Attackers can exploit this issue by sending specially crafted DCC (Direct Client-to-Client) chat messages, triggering the buffer overflow and potentially executing arbitrary commands on the victim's machine.
