Summary

CVE-2000-0169 is a vulnerability affecting Oracle web listener's ows-bin directory. Maliciously crafted batch files in this directory can be executed by attackers through a specially crafted URL containing '?&'. This issue poses a serious security risk as it allows remote code execution. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to gain unauthorized access to the system and potentially cause damage.
