Summary
CVE-2000-0169 is a vulnerability in Oracle's web listener ows-bin directory. Maliciously crafted batch files in this directory can be triggered through a URL containing an incorrect character sequence '?&'. This issue allows remote attackers to execute commands, posing a significant security risk.
