Summary
CVE-2000-0121 is a vulnerability affecting the Recycle Bin utility in Windows NT and Windows 2000. This issue allows local users to gain unauthorized access to files by creating a subdirectory with the victim's Security Identifier (SID) in the recycler directory. By exploiting this vulnerability, known as the "Recycle Bin Creation" issue, attackers can read or modify files without proper authorization, posing a significant security risk to affected systems.
