CVE-2000-0119 is a vulnerability affecting the default configurations of McAfee Virus Scan and Norton Anti-Virus. This issue allows attackers to bypass the virus checkers by not scanning files in the RECYCLED folder used by the Windows Recycle Bin utility. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to store malicious code undetected, potentially leading to system compromise.
