Summary

CVE-2000-0088 is a buffer overflow vulnerability affecting the conversion utilities for Japanese, Korean, and Chinese Word 5 documents. An attacker can exploit this flaw by feeding malformed data to the affected software, resulting in the buffer overflow and subsequent execution of commands.
