Summary
CVE-2000-0064 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting the cgiproc CGI script in Nortel Contivity HTTP servers. Maliciously crafted URLs containing shell metacharacters can be used by remote attackers to cause the server to become unresponsive, rendering it unavailable to legitimate users.
