Summary
CVE-2000-0030 is a vulnerability affecting the Solaris dmispd (Dynamic Management Interface subdaemon) service. This issue permits local users to manipulate the dmi_cmd function in dmispd, leading to an excessive filling of the restricted /var/dmi/db database.
