Summary
CVE-1999-1568 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting older versions of NcFTPd FTP server. An off-by-one error in the processing of PORT commands allows a remote attacker to send a specially crafted command, causing the server to crash. This issue may result in a denial-of-service condition, impacting the availability of the affected FTP server. Versions prior to 2.4.1 are vulnerable to this issue. It is recommended to update to a patched version as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
