Summary
CVE-1999-1567 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Seapine Software's TestTrack server. By connecting to ports 99 used by TestTrackWeb.exe and ttcgi.exe without sending any data, an attacker can cause high CPU usage, resulting in a denial-of-service condition.
