CVE-1999-1529 is a buffer overflow vulnerability affecting Trend Micro Interscan VirusWall SMTP gateway versions 3.23 and 3.3 for NT. The issue lies within the HELO command processing, allowing an attacker to exploit this flaw and execute arbitrary code. Successful exploitation could result in significant system compromise.
