Summary

CVE-1999-1527 is a vulnerability affecting the Internal HTTP server in Sun Netbeans Java IDE present in Netbeans Developer 3.0 Beta and Forte Community Edition 1.0 Beta. This issue allows arbitrary remote attackers to bypass the specified IP access restrictions, enabling them to access the server. The server's inadequate handling of IP address restrictions poses a significant security risk. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to gain unauthorized access to sensitive information or even take control of the affected system.
