Summary
CVE-1999-1515 is a vulnerability affecting TenFour TFS Gateway 4.0. An attacker can exploit this issue by sending messages with incorrect sender and recipient addresses, triggering a denial of service condition. The gateway continuously attempts to return the erroneous message every 10 seconds, resulting in a significant disruption of service. This vulnerability can be mitigated by configuring the gateway to only accept messages with valid sender and recipient addresses.
