Summary
CVE-1999-1503 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Network Flight Recorder (NFR) versions 1.5 and 1.6. An attacker can cause the nfrd component to crash by sending a TCP packet with null header and data fields. This issue may result in a network disruption or service interruption. It is recommended that affected systems be updated to the latest version of NFR to mitigate this vulnerability.
