Summary

CVE-1999-1472 is a vulnerability affecting Internet Explorer 4.0. An attacker can exploit this issue by embedding a small IFRAME on a malicious website, which uses Dynamic HTML (DHTML) to read and send arbitrary text and HTML files from the user's machine to the attacker.
