Summary

CVE-1999-1452 is a vulnerability affecting the Graphics Input and Output subsystem (GINA) in Windows NT 4.0. This issue allows an attacker with physical access to a workstation to view a portion of the clipboard content of a user who has locked their workstation. By pasting the clipboard data into the username prompt, the attacker can obtain sensitive information, potentially leading to unauthorized system access. This vulnerability poses a risk, especially in environments where users frequently share workstations or where physical security is not adequately enforced.
