Summary
CVE-1999-1448 is a vulnerability affecting Eudora and Eudora Light email clients before version 3.05. This issue allows remote attackers to induce crashes and corrupt the user's mailbox by sending specially crafted emails with dates that are either before 1970 or 100 years after the current date. The use of such dates can lead to a Divide By Zero error or a segmentation fault, potentially resulting in data loss for the affected user.
