Summary
CVE-1999-1436 is a vulnerability affecting the Ray Chan WWW Authorization Gateway 0.1 CGI program. Attackers can exploit this flaw by sending specially crafted input in the "user" parameter that contains shell metacharacters, allowing them to execute arbitrary commands remotely.
