Summary
CVE-1999-1432 is a vulnerability affecting Power management on Solaris 2.4 through 2.6. The issue lies in the delayed start of the xlock process during system restoration. An attacker with physical access to the machine can input characters to the last active application, providing an opportunity to potentially elevate privileges, within a brief window following the system's resume from suspend state.
