Summary

CVE-1999-1412 is a vulnerability affecting Apple MacOS X release 1.0 when used with the Apache HTTP server. Malicious actors can exploit this issue by sending a flood of HTTP GET requests to CGI programs, leading to a denial of service (DoS) attack. The excessive number of generated processes ultimately causes a crash.
