Summary
CVE-1999-1411 is a vulnerability affecting Debian GNU/Linux 2.0. The installation of the fsp package 2.71-10 introduces an anonymous FTP user without notifying the administrator. This can result in unintended activation of anonymous FTP on some servers, such as wu-ftp, posing a potential risk to data security.
