Summary
CVE-1999-1389 is a vulnerability affecting US Robotics/3Com Total Control Chassis with Frame Relay versions 3.6.22 to 3.7.24. This issue arises due to inadequate enforcement of access filters. When the "set host prompt" setting is configured for a port, attackers can bypass restrictions by providing the hostname twice at the "host: " prompt, effectively bypassing intended access controls.
