Summary

CVE-1999-1336 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting the 3Com HiPer Access Router Card (HiperARC) versions 4.0 through 4.2.29. An attacker can cause the router to reboot by flooding it with Internet Authentication (IAC) packets to the telnet port.
