Summary

CVE-1999-1321 is a buffer overflow vulnerability affecting SSH version 1.2.26 clients with Kerberos V enabled. Attackers can exploit this issue by supplying a excessively long DNS hostname during TGT ticket passing. The buffer overflow may result in a denial of service or permit the execution of arbitrary commands, posing a significant security risk.
