Summary
CVE-1999-1334 is a buffer overflow vulnerability affecting Elm version 2.4. This issue is caused by multiple areas in the filter command, including long "From:" and "Reply-To:" headers, as well as a long "-f (filterfile)" command line argument. Successful exploitation allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands, posing a significant security risk.
